Flights to Ireland

For guests traveling from Seattle before April 27, we recommend looking for a one-stop flight to Dublin (DUB). Icelandair offers convenient service through Reykjavík, and there are additional options through London and other major hubs. It may also be worth comparing flights out of SeaTac vs. Vancouver International Airport.

Aer Lingus' seasonal nonstop service between Seattle and Dublin is expected to resume in late April, so guests traveling closer to the wedding may also find a nonstop option.

If you're arriving shortly before the wedding rather than exploring Ireland beforehand, we also recommend comparing flights into Shannon (SNN). Shannon is the closest major international airport to Glin Castle and is approximately a one-hour drive away.

Getting Around Ireland

For guests planning to explore Ireland before or after the wedding, we recommend renting a car. Having your own vehicle is the easiest way to see more of the countryside at your own pace, and it gives you the most flexibility for traveling to and from Glin Castle.

If you'd prefer not to drive, no worries — private shuttle transportation can also be arranged from Dublin, Shannon, or Kerry Airport directly to Glin Castle. We're happy to help coordinate shuttle options for guests who need them, so please reach out if you would prefer this option.

We will gather everyone's travel plans and help coordinate transportation where possible as we get closer to the wedding.

Accommodations

Your accommodations are completely covered for the wedding weekend. Everyone will be staying with us at Glin Castle, with a private room and private bathroom, and will have meals and activities included.

Itinerary

A full itinerary for the wedding weekend will be shared closer to the date, including event times, meals, transportation details, and anything else you'll need to know.

For now, we suggest focusing on booking flights and transportation. If you plan to travel while in the country, start looking at hotels and B&Bs and getting an idea of what route you'd like to explore.
